How to manage, amend, or cancel my reservation?
If you booked on our website, please contact us at reservations@bondliving.gr  to cancel or change your booking.
If you booked via a third-party website (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please visit the partner website to make changes on your booking.
Can I store my bag?
Yes, we do offer luggage storage free of charge. The Luggage room is located in the lounge area. In case you want to  store your bags we will provide you with access code.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Stay connected during your stay with 100MB fiber internet service provided throughout our guestrooms and public areas. Wi-Fi is free and we will provide you with the password the day of your arrival.
What time can I check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00 PM. We will gladly provide you access to your room earlier if possible.
Do you have an elevator?
We are equipped with a 2 guests capacity elevator Guest elevator are equipped with a ups in case of electric breakout and a phone in case of emergency.
Can I bring my pet inside?
As much as we love pets, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our rooms or any of our common areas. We can refer you to the local pet house, while you choose to stay with us.
Do you offer parking slot for hotel guests?
Yes, however parking space is subject to availability.
What is your linen & damage Policy?
Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains and other cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the extent and severity of the damage. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning, repair, or replacement charges for stained walls, vomit, blood and food stain on linens, and broken furniture and fittings. The exact cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Manager in charge.
What is your smoking policy?
Healthier. Happier. Fresher. Bond Smart Living is committed to catering to the needs of all guests. A designated smoking area is located in the outdoor area. However, usage of shisha, cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes is prohibited in all guest rooms. A fee equivalent to 300€ per incident will be charged if a smoking incident occurs in your room during your stay.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash and all major credit cards as payment. If you want to pay for your accommodation by cash please contact +306986888008 to arrange it. 
Do you serve breakfast?
No, we do not have or serve breakfast at Bond Smart Living. 
We have prepared for you, upon your arrival, a free large basket, full of quality products to make your stay complete and we reduced the prices of our suites in order to have the option to choose for your breakfast through specialized brunch restaurants in the area. 
We believe that breakfast and food service must be 100% tailored made to the guests needs, 100% healthy and 100% unique something that the majority of the buffet breakfasts cannot do. 
Do you offer corporate or extended stay rates?
Yes, we do. Please contact our team with your enquiry.
How do I check-in?
The automated keyless check-in process is easy. Start by checking your phone messages to find the instructions. You will receive two codes: one for the main doors of the building and one for your siite door. Use them to initiate the check-in process.

How do I check-out?
For check out, simply shut the door behind you and let everything else on us
Is tap water drinkable?
Yes. Plus, 2 bottles of water will already be in your fridge when you arrive.
Is Bond Living a safe place?
Making sure you feel free but also safe and at home is very important. Bond Living is located in a very secure area and there is also 24/7 camera surveillance.
Please note that our cameras are limited to public areas as we respect your privacy.
Are kids welcome?
Children are welcome to all suites and apartments. 
In case your little one needs a cot, just let us know in advance and we will gladly provide one free of charge.
Is there a fitness center?
Yes, We have an outdoor fitness/gym center available for all guests. 
Is there a workspace in the bedrooms ?
All rooms have a desk or table and lan socket for ever faster internet connection
What is the standard voltage of a suite?
The electricity is at 220 volts /60 hertz. All suites and apartments are equipped with type A and type C sockets
